About Christine Dowd

I’ve Walked This Path, Too

I’m not a therapist or a certified healer. I’m a human being who survived profound loss and rebuilt myself piece by piece. When my mother died tragically, my world was shattered, and I was left devastated.

I turned to counseling, Reiki, acupuncture, hypnosis, movement, affirmations, and a growth mindset—fueled by a fierce inner fire that refused to let me stay broken.

I didn’t just heal the grief that shattered my life. I went deeper. I began to unravel the generational trauma woven into my family’s story and the survival patterns passed down through generations. That work brought clarity, peace, and a new sense of self I didn’t know was possible.

Why I Do This Work

Christine’s own experience with grief and trauma is what continues to drive her learning and growth. Her goal is simple: to help others feel less alone in their pain and more supported in their healing.

She shares her story not because she has all the answers, but because she knows how powerful it is to feel seen, understood, and encouraged during life’s hardest moments.
